Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be provided only if IndiTrust Solutions fails to complete the verification task within the agreed or stipulated time period.

Non-Refundable Conditions

• If the verification task has been completed and report delivered
• If delay occurs due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
• If access to the business location is denied or restricted
• If delays are caused by external factors beyond our control (natural events, law & order issues, etc.)

Partial Refunds

No partial refund will be initiated/agreed. Only full refund or no refund

Refund Process

• Clients must request a refund by contacting us through official channels
• Refund requests will be reviewed and verified internally
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment or through a mutually agreed method.
